Signed letter dated 1957, written in response to a question posed by a contributor to the Chabad organizations, concerning whether the donor was entitled to be advised exactly how his donation is being used. Apparently a fundraiser, reluctant to divulge this information, had assured the donor that all funds were being used under the directive of the Rebbe. The Rebbe responded that a donor is certainly entitled to this information, and concludes by encouraging the questioner to participate in the local Lubavitch functions.
