R. Yisroel Halevy Segal, Rav of Zamosc (1700-1772) was one of the distinguished Chachmei Brod. He also studied for a period in the Bais HaMidrash of R. Doniel Yaffe of Berlin. He authored various works including Tuv Halevanon, Even Yisrael and others.
