Classic Chassidic sefer by R. Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk.
R. Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk (1730-1788), was a prominent talmid of The Mezritcher Maggid. In 1777 he immigrated to Eretz Yisroel with around 300 Chasidim settling first in Tzfas and later in Tiveria.
Although the sefer does not record a date or year of publication, bibliographers record it as circa 1818.

ר’ מנחם מנדל מוויטבסק (ת”צ- תקמ”ח, 1730-1788), היה מגדולי תלמידיו של המגיד ממעזריטש. בשנת תקל”ז 1777 עלה יחד עם כ300 חסידים לארץ ישראל. בתחילה קבעו את מושבם בצפת ואחר כך בטבריה.
אמנם בספר לא מצוין תאריך או שנת ההדפסה, אולם ביבליוגרפים משייכים אותו לסביבות תקע”ח 1818.
