Long autograph letter in Yiddish, with an additional autograph paragraph in Hebrew, by R. Menashe Horowitz of Reisha/Lizhensk to R. Elazar Kaufman.
R. Menashe Horowitz (1880-1942), was a son of R. Tzvi Horowitz of Rozodov who in turn was a son of R. Moshe of Rozodov. Following World War One he settled in Reisha. He later relocated to Lizhensk, where he had many Chassidim.

ר’ מנשה הורוביץ (תר”מ- תש”ב, 1880-1942)היה בנו של ר’ צבי הורוביץ מרוזודוב, בנו של ר’ משה מרוזודוב. אחר מלחמת העולם הראשונה התיישב בריישא. לימים עבר לליזענסק ועמד בראש קהילת חסידיו.
