Extremely long (5 sides) unpublished autographed responsa by R. Baruch Mordechai Lipchitz, author of the Sefer Bris Yaakov, regarding a Get with where the names of the couple were not written properly.
R. Baruch Mordechai Lipchitz (1809-1885), was one of the foremost Talmidei Chachomim of his generation. He served as Rav in Simiatitz, Volkovisk, Novardok and Shedlitz. His sons included R. Yaakov Zalman, a Rav in Brisk and R. Yechezkel Lipchitz, later in Yerusholayim. His sons-in-law included R. Eliyahu Kletzkin of Lublin and R. Yechiel Soloveitchik of Shedlitz.
R. Baruch Mordechai was held in great esteem and is one the great Tzadikim from whom the Chofetz Chaim requested an approbation for his sefer Chofetz Chaim.

תשובה אוטוגרפית ארוכה מאוד (5 עמודים) שטרם נדפסה מאת ר’ ברוך מרדכי ליפשיץ, מחבר הספר ברית יעקב, בנושא גט שבו שמות בני הזוג לא נכתבו כראוי.
ר’ ברוך מרדכי ליפשיץ (תקס”ט- תרמ”ה, 1809-1885), היה מגדולי תלמידי החכמים בדורו. כיהן כרב בסימיאטיץ, וולקוביץ, נובהרדוק ושדליץ. בין בניו נמנים ר’ יעקב זלמן, רב בבריסק, ור’ יחזקאל ליפשיץ, שעלה לירושלים. בין חתניו – ר’ אליהו קלצקין מלובלין ור’ יחיאל סאלאוויצ’יק משדליץ.
ר’ ברוך מרדכי היה נכבד מאוד בדורו, והיה בין הצדיקים הגדולים אשר מהם ביקש החפץ חיים הסכמה לספרו חפץ חיים.
