Autograph “Kvitung” by R. Michel Kitzeh regarding R. Meir Tosk, the son of R. Mordechai Tosk, Rosh Bais Din in Pressburg.
R. Yechiel Michel Kitzeh (died 1805), was a disciple of R. Mordecai Banet. Renowned as a Talmid Chochom he was one of the most distinguished members of the Kehilla of Pressburg, and was one of the signatories on the rabbinical contract of the Chasam Sofer. Author of the sefer Shalmei Nedova which received an unusually warm approbation from the Chasam Sofer.

ר’ יחיאל מיכל קיצע (נפטר בשנת תקס”ה-1805) היה תלמיד חכם נודע ותלמידו של ר’ מרדכי בנט. הוא היה מחשובי קהילת פרשבורג ואחד החתומים על הכתב רבנות של החתם סופר. בעל ספר “שלמי נדבה”, שעליו קיבל הסכמה חמה במיוחד מהחתם סופר.
