R. Avrohom Weinberg (1803-1883), was a close talmid of R. Noach of Lechovitz and R. Moshe of Kobrin. After the passing of R. Moshe of Kobrin in 1858, he was appointed as Rebbe and established his court in Slonim as the first Slonimer Rebbe. His seforim are classics of Chassidic thought and are widely learned. Section 3 are letters written to Chassidim with fundamentals of Chasidus.

ר’ אברהם ווינברג (תקס”ג- תרמ”ג, 1803-1883) היה תלמידם המקורב של ר’ נח מלכוביץ ור’ משה מקוברין. אחר פטירתו של ר’ משה מקוברין בתרי”ח 1858, נתמנה לאדמו”ר וייסד את חצר חסידות סלאנים. היה האדמו”ר הראשון מסלאנים. ספריו הינם בסיס למחשבת החסידות ונלמדים רבות.
חלק ג’ כולל מכתבים עם יסודות החסידות שנכתבו לחסידים.
