R. Yitzchok Isaac Yehuda Yechiel Safrin of Komarna (1806-1874), was a talmid of his uncle R. Tzvi Hirsch of Zidichoiv. He was renowned as a great Rebbe and a tremendous Talmid Chochom. A prolific author he wrote many works, on various different Torah subjects all of which are extremely highly regarded. His seforim include, Chumash Heichal Ha’Brocho, Otzar Chaim, Nesiv Mitzvosecha, Asiris Ha’Eifah and Notzar Chesed.

ר’ יצחק אייזיק יהודה יחיאל ספרין מקומארנא (תקס”ו – תרל”ד 1806-1874) היה תלמיד של דודו רבי צבי הירש מזידיטשוב. הוא נודע כאדמו”ר דגול ותלמיד חכם מובהק. כתב חיבורים רבים בענפי התורה השונים, וכולן זכו להערכה עצומה. מבין ספריו: חומש היכל הברכה, אוצר חיים, נתיב מצוותיך, עשירית האיפה, נוצר חסד, ועוד.
