Commentary on the sefer Bechinas Olam of R. Y’daya Ha’Penini, by R. Shimshon Morphogu, Av Beis Din in Ancona and author of the responsa Shemesh Tzedokah.
At the end of the work is a “Shir” entitled “Ashrei Ha’Goy Bochar Lo Y-H”, written by R. Yaakov P’ransich, with many critical references against the study of Kabbalah. This was presumably written in the aftermath of the tragic episode of Shabtai Tzvi, when many were wary of unworthy individuals learning Kabolah.

בסוף הספר מופיע “שיר” – “אשרי הגוי אשר בחר לו י-ה” מאת ר’ יעקב פראנשיס , ובו מקורות רבים נגד לימוד הקבלה. השיר נכתב כנראה בעקבות האירוע הטרגי של שבתי צבי, כאשר רבים נזהרו והזהירו אודות לימוד קבלה על ידי אנשים בלתי ראויים.
