With a rare approbation by the “Alter Rebbe” R. Shneur Zalman of Liadi (Ba’al Ha’Tanya). Bibliographers record only three approbations granted by the Alter Rebbe. See Igeres Ba’al Hatanya U’Bnei Doro.
This sefer is the only sefer printed in Liadi. Apparently the printer originated from Shklov and tried to establish a printing press in Liadi. The venture however was unsuccessful and he returned to Shklov. (See Friedberg, The History of Hebrew Printing in Poland, page 137).

עם הסכמה נדירה מאת ה”אדמו”ר הזקן” ר’ שניאור זלמן מלאדי (בעל התניא). לפי תיעודי ביבליוגרפים, האדמו”ר הזקן נתן רק 3 הסכמות. ראה אגרת בעל התניא ובני דורו.
זהו הספר היחיד שיצא לאור בלאדי. ככל הנראה בעל בית הדפוס הגיע משקלוב וניסה להקים בית דפוס בלאדי. אולם המיזם כשל והם שבו לשקלוב. (ראה פרידברג, תולדות הדפוס העברי בפולין, עמוד 137).
