Classic sefer Halocha authored by R. Menachem Ben Binyomin of Rikanti (1250-1310). The author was one of the first Italian Kabbalists, and this work became an important source of Halachic rulings in following generations, being quoted by many Halachic authorities, including the Beis Yosef, Sha”CH, and Magen Avrohom.
Later editions of the Piskei Halachos have been heavily censored, indeed lacking entire chapters. The majority of the censored material pertains to Gentiles and converts.
