Published in Yiddish by the Jewish National fund in an effort to encourage the Jews of the diaspora to donate generously towards the planting of forests in the Holy Land. The Jewish National Fund was founded at the Fifth Zionist Congress in Basel in 1901 with Theodor Herzl’s support. Its goal was to buy and develop land in Ottoman Palestine.
32 pages 15.8 cm. 4 photographs. Original wraps. Fine condition, minor damage to corners of first four pages not affecting text.

יצא לאור באידיש על ידי הקרן קיימת לישראל במטרה לעודד את יהודי התפוצות לתרום בנדיבות לנטיעת יערות בארץ הקודש. הקרן הקיימת לישראל נוסדה בקונגרס הציוני החמישי בבאזל בתרס”א (1901) בעזרת תיאודור הרצל. מטרתה הייתה לקנות ולפתח קרקע בפלשתינה העותומנית
