Autograph letter of recommendation written on behalf of a relative, a descendant of a great rabbinical family who is in a difficult financial situation.
R. Nosson Dovid Rabinowitz (1900-1948), was a scion of the Peshisca-Biala dynasty as well as a grandson of R. Leibish of Ozserov. He was a son in law of R. Alter of Novominsk. In 1928 he emigrated to London, where he opened a Bais HaMidrash and served as Rebbe for Peshisca-Biala Chassidim living in London.

ר’ נתן דוד רבינוביץ (תר”ס- תש”ח, 1900-1948), היה צאצא לשושלת פשיסחא- ביאלה וכן נכדו של ר’ לייביש מאוזרוב. חמיו היה ר’ אלתר מנובומינסק. בשנת תרפ”ח (1928) היגר ללונדון, שם הקים בית מדרש וכיהן כאדמו”ר לחסידי פשיסחא- ביאלה המתגוררים בלונדון.
