Yom Tov Algazi (MaHaRIT Algazi). Volume One contains approbations by the MaHaRIT Algazi, R. Dovid Pardo and others. Volume two contains an introduction by R. Chaim Mod’ai and R. Yitzchok Meiov of Izmir.
R. Meir HaLevy Abulafiah (1170-1244), was Rav, Dayan and Rosh Yeshiva in Toledo, Spain, alongside the R. Yosef Ibn M’Gash (RI M’Gash). He was one of the great poskim of his time, responding to questions from his contemporaries the RaMBaN, RaSHB”A and others.
At the end of the second volume (with an additional title page) the work Shiyur Shitta Mekubetzes on Bova Basra by R. Betzalel Ashkenazi.

חיבור זה נתפרסם על ידי השד”ר של קהילת חברון, ר’ יוסף אליהו הלוי, מכתב יד שמצא אצל ר’ יום טוב אלגזי (מהרי”ט אלגזי). הכרך הראשון כולל הסכמות מהמהרי”ט אלגזי, ר’ דוד פרדו ועוד רבנים. הכרך השני כולל הקדמה מאת ר’ חיים מודעי ור’ יצחק מאייוב מאיזמיר.
ר’ מאיר הלוי אבולעפיה (ד”א תתק”ל-ה”א ד’, 1170-1244), היה רב, דיין, וראש ישיבה בטולדו, ספרד, לצד ר’ יוסף אבן מגאש (ר”י מגאש). הוא היה מגדולי הפוסקים בדורו, והשיב לשאלות מרבנים בני תקופתו – הרמב”ן, הרשב”א ועוד.
בסוף הכרך השני (עם עמוד שער נוסף) מודפס החיבור שיור שיטה מקובצת על מסכת בבא בתרא מאת ר’ בצלאל אשכנזי.
