Commentary on the Aggada in Tractate Bava Basra by the Vilna Gaon. On the first page there is small paper stapled in, with a warm approbation as well as a learned gloss by the renowned Gaon of Ostrovsa. Apparently this arrived after publication and hence was stapled in. In the 1924 edition this is included.
