R. Yechezkel Shraga Halberstam of Shinniva (1813-1899) was the eldest son of the Divrei Chaim of Tzanz. Known as a phenomenal Talmid Chochom he served in various rabbinical positions, most notably Shinniva. One of the most influential Chasidic Rebbes of his era he had many thousands of Chasidim and was greatly revered.
