Rare autograph postcard by R. Moshe Landinski regarding a financial matter.
R. Moshe Landinski (1862-1938), was born near Bialystok and learned in the Volozhin Yeshiva. In 1900, the Chofetz Chaim called upon him to serve as the head of the Radin Yeshiva, a position he held for almost 40 years. He was a close friend of the Chofetz Chaim, with whom he would consult on all matters pertaining to the Yeshiva as well as public issues. In 1905, the Chofetz Chaim founded the Kollel Kodshim in Radin and appointed R. Moshe as its head.

ר’ משה לנדינסקי (תרכ”ב-תרח”צ, 1862-1938), נולד ליד ביאליסטוק ולמד בישיבת וולוז’ין. בשנת תר”ס 1900 קרא לו החפץ חיים לכהן כראש ישיבת ראדין, משרה בה כיהן במשך קרוב ל40 שנה. היה ידיד מקורב של החפץ חיים, עמו היה מתייעץ בכל הנוגע לישיבה וכן בנושאים ציבוריים. בשנת תרס”ה 1905 ייסד החפץ חיים את כולל קדשים בראדין ומינה את ר’ משה לראשותו.
