R. Dovid Moshe Ha’Cohen Rabinowitz (1906- 1942), was a descendant of the Tiferes Shlomo as well as the son in law of R. Shlomo Chanoch Rabinowitz of Radomsk. Known as tremendous Illui and great Talmid Chochom, he served as Rosh Yeshiva of the Kesser Torah network of Yeshivos founded by his father in law. In 1939, there were 36 Kesser Torah Yeshivos with an enrollment of over 4,000 students in Poland and Galicia. He was renowned throughout Poland and following the passing of R. Meir Schapiro, he was asked to become Rosh Yeshiva in Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin. During the Holocaust, incarcerated in the Warsaw Ghetto, he continued to deliver shiurim to Kesser Torah students, until his tragic murder by the Nazis. Author of Shivchei Cohen.

ר’ דוד משה הכהן רבינוביץ (תרס”ו-תש”ב 1906-1942) היה צאצא של ה”תפארת שלמה” וחתנו של ר’ שלמה חנוך רבינוביץ מרדומסק. נודע כעילוי עצום ותלמיד חכם מופלג ועמד בראש רשת הישיבות “כתר תורה”, שנוסדה על ידי חמיו. בשנת תרצ”ט (1939) היו 36 ישיבות “כתר תורה” בהם למדו מעל 4,000 תלמידים ברחבי פולין וגליציה. שמו הלך לפניו בכל רחבי פולין, ובעקבות פטירתו של ר’ מאיר שפירא הוא התבקש לעמוד בראש ישיבת חכמי לובלין. במהלך השואה הוא המשיך למסור שיעורים לתלמידי “כתר תורה” בעודו נצור בגטו ורשא עד לרציחתו הטראגית על ידי הנאצים. מחבר ספר שבחי כהן.
