Classic sefer on the agricultural laws of Eretz Yisroel by R. Yisroel of Shklov. Based on the RaMBaM with particular focus on the rulings of the author’s teacher, the Vilna Gaon. Written in a similar format to the Shulchan Aruch, hence the name Pe’as HaShulchan. With various approbations including R. Avrohom Abbaleh of Vilna and the Chasam Sofer. In the introduction, the author describes the massacres at that time of the Jews in the Galil. Includes the rare final page of corrections and polemics.
R. Yisroel of Shklov (1770-1839), was one of the prime disciples of the Vilna Gaon who immigrated to Eretz Yisroel and was one of the leaders of the Kollel Perushim in Eretz Yisroel.
One of the few seforim that Yisroel Bak printed in Tzfas.

ספר יסודי על מצוות התלויות בארץ מאת ר’ ישראל משקלוב. מבוסס על הרמב”ם עם דגש מיוחד על פסקי רבו של המחבר, הגאון מווילנא. נכתב במתכונת דומה לשולחן ערוך ומכאן נגזר שמו “פאת השולחן”. עם הסכמות שונות כולל ר’ אברהם אבאל’ה מווילנא והחת”ם סופר. בהקדמה מתאר המחבר את הטבח ביהודי הגליל. כולל את העמוד האחרון הנדיר המכיל תיקונים ופולמוס.
ר’ ישראל משקלוב (תק”ל-תקצ”ט 1770-1839) היה מתלמידיו הבכירים של הגאון מווילנא ומנהיג כולל “פרושים” בארץ ישראל.
