Shnei Luchos HaBris (SHLoH HaKadosh), by R. Yeshaya HaLevy Horowitz, published by R. Chanina Lipa and R. Yehoshua Heschel Schapiro of Zhitomir. The sefer is partially a Halachic code and partially Kabbalistic teachings and had a tremendous influence on future generations. It also has the distinction of being referred to as the SHLoH HaKadosh “The Holy SHLoH”, which is indicative of the reverence in which it is held. Particularly favored by Mekubalim, it served as the source for many of the fundamental teachings of the early Chassidic Movement.
As is well known, seforim printed by the Schapiro family press were exceptionally favored by many of the great Chassidic Rebbes and in turn by their followers.

שני לוחות הברית (השל”ה הקדוש), מאת ר’ ישעיה הלוי הורוויץ, שיצא לאור אצל ר’ חנינא ליפא ור’ יהושע העשיל שפירא מז’יטומיר. הספר הוא בחלקו כללים הלכתיים ובחלקו תורת הקבלה, והייתה לו השפעה אדירה על הדורות הבאים. על יראת הכבוד בה הוחזק ניתן ללמוד מהעובדה שהוא כונה “השל”ה הקדוש”. הספר התחבב במיוחד על המקובלים, ושימש כמקור לרבים מן העקרונות הבסיסיים של תנועת החסידות הקדומה.
כפי הידוע, ספרים שהוצאו לאור בדפוס משפחת שפירא היו חביבים במיוחד על גדולי האדמו”רים, ואחריהם- חסידיהם.
