Tosefta Seder Taharos, with the commentary of the Gaon printed just a few years after his passing. Published by R. Meir of Vilna, who received the Tosefta with the glosses of the Gaon directly from the Gaon. He writes in his introduction that “I did not leave the “Tent of Torah” in the home of Rabbeinu Ha’Gaon Ha’Chosid R. Eliyohu of Vilna”. Although this sefer received various enthusiastic approbations from R. Mordechai Banet and the Yeshuos Yaakov, this printing was criticized by the sons of the Gaon (see introduction to Sefer Yonah, Vilna 1810).

תוספתא סדר טהרות, עם פרוש הגאון שנדפס שנים מעטות לאחר פטירתו. יצא לאור על ידי ר’ מאיר מוילנא שקיבל התוספתא עם ההגהות מיד הגאון, וכתב בהקדמתו כי “לא משתי מתוך אהלה של תורה בבית הגאון האמיתי החסיד המפורסם”. אמנם נכתבו לספר כמה הסכמות נלהבות, כולל מר’ מרדכי בנט והישועות יעקב, אולם בני הגאון התנגדו להוצאתו (ראה הקדמה לספר יונה וילנא תק”ע (1810).
