Polemic written by R. Mordechai Tzvi Schwartz of Hull in response to the pamphlet “Taharas Ha’Kodesh” by Rabbi. S Daiches of Leeds. The point of contention related to a Shul that had purchased a building previously used as Church. Underneath the building was a non-Jewish graveyard. Rabbi Daiches issued a pamphlet permitting prayer in the shul to which this polemic which forbade it was issued as a response.

פולמוס מאת ר’ מרדכי צבי שוורץ מהאל בתגובה לעלון “טהרת הקודש” מאת ר’ ש. דייכעס מלידס. סלע המחלוקת ביניהם נגע לבית כנסת שרכש בניין אשר שימש בעבר ככנסייה. מתחת לבניין היה בית קברות לא יהודי. הרב דייטשס הוציא עלון המתיר להתפלל בבית הכנסת, ופולמוס זה נכתב כתגובה האוסרת על תפילה במקום.
