Rare pamphlet written in Yiddish by David Bergelson published during World War II. It describes the Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union, an attack that was followed by systematic persecution and annihilation of the Jewish population. Publications regarding the Holocaust published during the Holocaust are scarce, particularly in the USSR where all printing, particularly that of a political nature was severely censored.
The author David Bergelson (1884-1952) was a well-known Yiddish playwright and author, who was later executed by Stalin.
