Extensive commentary on the Zohar (although it consists 418 pages, it only covers from Bereishis until the end of Parshas Bo!), by R. Yehuda HaKohen. With approbations by various distinguished Sephardic Gedolim.
R. Yehuda HaKohen (died 1850), was the son of R. Shlomo HaKohen, author of Sha’as Ratzon and other Kabbalistic works. He lived in Yerusholayim where he was one of the most prominent Mekubalim of Yeshivas HaMekubalim “Bais Kel”. In 1847, he travelled to North Africa as a SHaDaR, where he was later niftar. Author of Ohalei Yehuda (Yerusholayim 1843).

ר’ יהודה הכהן (נפטר בשנת תר”י 1850), היה בנו של ר’ שלמה הכהן, בעל מחבר ספר שעת רצון וחיבורים נוספים בקבלה. התגורר בירושלים והיה אחד מגדולי המקובלים בישיבת המקובלים בית קל. בשנת תר”ז 1847 נסע כשד”ר לצפון אפריקה, שם גם נפטר. מחבר הספר אוהלי תורה (ירושלים תר”ג 1843).
