Kollel Shomrei HaChomos (Kollel Ungarin) is a charitable institution (Kollel) established to support the community of Hungarian Jews who emigrated to Eretz Yisroel. This rare pamphlet details the hierarchy of this distinguished institution. It was and remains an honored position to serve as a board member of the Kollel. These regulations were written under the auspices of R. Simcha Bunim Sofer (Shevet Sofer) and R. Elozor Lowe (Pekudas Elozor).
