Lot of 8 letters sent by R. Avrohom Shlomo Goldman, a SHaDaR, to the Sha’ar Ha’Shamayim Yeshiva in Yerusholayim, then headed by R. Chaim Yehuda Leib Auerbach, father of the famed R. Shlomo Zalman Auerbach. The letters were written from Europe and express considerable frustration with the administrators of the Yeshiva, whom he claims were meddling with his job in Europe.
In these letters, R. Goldman mentions some of those he had visited and who had helped him including R. Yisroel Taub, the Modzhitzer Rebbe and R. Asher Dovid Goldberg of Zelechov.

8 מכתבים שנשלחו מר’ אברהם שלמה גולדמן, שד”ר, לישיבת שער השמים בירושלים, אז בראשות ר’ חיים יהודה לייב אוירבך, אביו של הגאון הנודע ר’ שלמה זלמן אוירבך. המכתבים נכתבו מאירופה ומביעים תסכול ניכר על מנהלי הישיבה, אשר ככל הנראה התערבו בתפקידו באירופה.
במכתבים אלו מציין הרב גולדמן חלק מהאנשים אותם ביקר ואשר עזרו לו ביניהם ר’ ישראל טאוב, האדמו”ר ממודזיץ, ור’ אשר דוד גולדברג מזלטשוב.
