Rare work documenting the dispute regarding the merits of Chassidus, as well as the use of Nussach Ari, between R. Binyomin Zev of Slonim, a student of the Vilna Gaon, and R. Yosef of Nemirov, a student of R. Levi Yitzchok of Berditchev.
This sefer was published various times under three different titles; Metzaref Ha’Avodah, Vikucha Rabbah and Meshivas Nefesh. It is unclear who prepared this work for publication, though most attribute it to R. Yaakov Koidener, a Chossid of Chabad.
