Kabbalistic work by R. Aviezer of Tiktin, a renowned Lithuanian kabbalist who emigrated to Erets Yisroel in 1840. He authored Mishmeres Ha’Bris and Brocho Meshuleshes.
The book is divided into four Shearim; 1) Sha’arei Orah, on the tragedies that befell the communities of Tsefas, Tiveria and Yerusholayim. 2) Sha’arei Teshuva, on repentance. 3) Sha’arei Yosher. 4) Sha’arei Yeshu’ah. The book then follows with an interesting section titled Ne’ilas Ha’Sha’ar in which the author makes various calculations of when the final redemption will take place.

הספר מחולק לארבעה שערים: 1. שערי אורה, על האסונות שפקדו את קהילות צפת, טבריה וירושלים. 2. שערי תשובה, על התשובה. 3. שערי יושר. 4. שערי ישועה. לאחר מכן מופיע חלק מעניין בשם “נעילת השער” שבו מחשב המחבר חישובים שונים לגבי הגאולה העתידה.
