The author became who tragically became blind at the age of 14 acquired immense Torah knowledge by heart. This work was dictated to, and prepared for print by, R. Yisroel Blumberg, who also assisted the P’nei Yehoshua with his seforim. This unusual sefer demonstrates the author’s immense dedication to Torah despite his difficulties.
