This first edition was published ascribing the responsa to The RaMBaN. However after careful perusal, the later commentators actually attribute the sefer to The RaSHB”A with the exception of five or six responsa.
With halachic inquiries from far and wide these responsa touch upon a wide spectrum of Halacha, as well as theological concerns.
