R. Yaakov ben Moshe Levi Moelin (1365-1427) is best known for his codification of the customs of Ashkenazic Jewry which served as one of the primary sources for the Rema in his glosses on the Shulchan Aruch. With an unusual title page depicting Avraham and Yitzchak and Moshe and Aaron.

ר’ יעקב בן משה סג”ל מולין (קכ”ה- קפ”ז, 1365-1427) נודע במיוחד בשל הקודיפיקציה שערך על מנהגי יהדות אשכנז, אשר שימשה אחד המקורות העיקריים לרמ”א בשולחן ערוך. עם שער דף נדיר המתאר את אברהם ויצחק וכן את משה ואהרן.
