The letter ends with R. Abramsky’s fervent desire to see the imminent return of the Jewish nation to the Holy Land. On personal letterhead. Fine condition; some folds. 21.5 by 26.5 cm.  Autograph letter in Hebrew, dated 1946, during his tenure as Rosh Beth Din of London. ™ Written to a Rabbi in the U.S.A. to accompany a Get being sent from a husband, residing in England, to his wife, living in the U.S.A. Of particular Halachic significance as it concerns the correct spelling of the name Joseph in a Get and would have specific ramifications on a Get being sent from England to the U.S.A. [See Igros Moshe Even Ha’ezer 1:132] On Beth Din letterhead. Fine condition; one stain. 13.5 by 16.5 cm.
